TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING

All prices are subject to stock availability at prevailing time and sight of all artworks to be printed or embroidered. Our minimum order for a single design is 25.

Custom quotes are subject to sight of artwork and valid for 28 days from the quote date. Prices quoted do not include VAT. Your acceptance of our quote and the goods referred to therein, is deemed as your acceptance and acknowledgement of our conditions of sale.

Samples are supplied as ‘Non Returnable’ and charged at cost along with delivery & insurance.

Print & Embroidered proofs where ordered, are charged at the product quote price plus a £25.00 proofing charge which includes delivery & insurance.

Production - Reprographic Parts

Due to the use of automated print & embroidery machinery, products supplied against an order are subject to a 4% ‘Over or Under Supply Clause’.

Production of films, printing screens and embroidery jacquards are charged as ‘Origination Costs’, unless otherwise stated to the contrary in our quote.

Payment / Delivery

Account Terms are - 28 Days from date of despatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For all other orders our terms are 50% Deposit With Order / Balance On Delivery.

Your acceptance of our invoice and the goods referred to therein, is further deemed as your acceptance and acknowledgement of our conditions of sale.

Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, but equitable and beneficial ownership remains with; Pier 32 Ltd - tshirtprinters.uk.com, until full payment is received.

No claim for shortage or damaged products can be allowed, unless we are notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery. No returns can be accepted or credited unless agreed in writing by Pier 32 Ltd - tshirtprinters.uk.com.

Deliveries & Transit Insurance are charged at cost, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Repeat Orders

Origination parts are held on file for 12 months, unless otherwise requested by the client. After 12 months, production parts will be disposed of.

Repeat orders accepted on a minimum quantity basis of 25 assorted pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
