Pier 32 Ltd - tshirtprinters.uk.com is aware of customers' growing concerns in the way in which tshirts and other garments we supply are printed and originally manufactured. It is our objective to ensure that all our suppliers or manufacturers demonstrate high standards of ethical and ecological production. We believe strongly in protecting the legal, ethical & moral right of workers in European & Third World Countries. It is our policy not to knowingly trade with any supplier who use prison / forced or child labour & will not use any suppliers who employ children under the legal employment age.

Printed & Embroidered in the UK, our ‘Starworld’ range of TShirts, Ladies T’s, Polo’s, Sweat Shirts and Fleeces are manufactured in Africa under an Ethical Trading Policy & sold under the environmental Oeko-Tex 101 standard. By wearing ethically produced or organic tshirts and other clothing, you are being socially & environmentally responsible.

Technology

We use state of the art machines and can screen print up to 100,000 garments or accessories per week in up to 14 colours. We use plasticol, water based or 4 colour process inks. We can also employ special effect inks such as reflective, puff (expandtex), glow in the dark and metallic.

We use the very latest in machinery & technology for embroidering up to 10,000 garments per week. With hundreds of colours to choose from and with the capability of embroidering up to 8 thread colours, together with a monogramming facility, embroidery will give your product a higher quality look and greater perceived value

We are PC based and generally receive artwork as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, however Mac files can also be dealt with (view our full artwork specification). When providing artwork, please also provide pantone numbers if colour accuracy is important because colours rendered on computer monitors can vary. Our staff focus on individual needs and advise whether your design is best suited for embroidery or screen printing. We can create the ideal promotional merchandise for you and in doing this gain maximum impact for your brand or event.
